Robert B. Macaulay

Bob is a corporate attorney and Partner in the Miami office of Carlton Fields Attorneys, PA. A member of the Business Law Department, he is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and represents numerous domestic and international companies in a variety of transactions and ongoing business matters. His primary focus is in Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) practice, mergers & acquisitions, international transactions, domestic and offshore banking &  shareholder disputes. Bob is very interested and involved with Hispanic and Latin American issues as well as local politics. He is a member of the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce and appears regularly on Spanish language TV and radio as a legal and political commentator. He graduated with high honors, University of Florida and cum laude from Harvard Law School.
