Declaration of Independence
project - in conjunction
with The Miami
Herald and various private
groups, HCF will
distribute pocket copies of
the US Constitution and
Declaration of Independence
in English and Spanish.
● Civica Americana Radio
show and Public Service
Announcements
(PSAs) - working with Univision Radio and other
Spanish-language
media
to create a regular radio
show and PSAs to promote
American
civics.

Proyecto Americano -
working with other
civic groups and the
US
Citizenship and
Immigration Service
(USCIS) to help
prepare Hispanics
to become US
citizens.

Civica Americana
(Cuba) - working in
coordination with
various
private groups to
disseminate in Cuba
informational
materials on US
founding
principles and
constitutional, free
market system.

Civics Award - A
$1,000 annual award
for a promising
foreign-born
Hispanic high school
student
demonstrating
outstanding
patriotism, civic
participation and
academic
achievement.
● New Hispanic
Immigrant Success
Stories -
working with you to
compile a list of

stories. Every month
we will highlight a
story in the Civica
Americana Newsletter
and on the HCF
